30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used nutraceutical supplements
  • Opened personal care or cosmetic products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after approval.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.
